- Stop. For at least three minutes everyday to go out into nature, (actually 5 minutes or even 10!) and remember how you are a part of it all. Seems easy. It is not. I would say this is the most important thing you can do for yourself. Every day.
- Be Authentic. Quite simply ‘You gotta be real!’ Your entire body will respond in a healthier way if you go with your natural instincts. Always be you!!
- Float. In water, or part submerged (ie a lemon foot bath), more importantly mentally float above the world. Allow yourself to expand and feel at peace, expansive.
- Surround yourself with people who love and support you- truly. Just for being you. Unique creator, that you are!
- Be your own medic. Use your intuition. No one knows you better than you. . What is wrong, where is there pain, how am I feeling?
- Say G’day to your heart. Hold your hand to your chest and ask, ‘how are you feeling?’ Wait for the reply…. Allow the space.. connect to you.
- Keep looking and learning. Life is a perspective. If you keep learning about the things that light you up, you are on a brilliant path to find love from all corners of life and to enjoy your life and feel fulfilled.

- Exhaust all toxic relationships. Stop putting energy into them. Let the useless hot air go, and respect yourself. It is not letting go of your relationships, it is simply not flaming any negativity. Learn and move on… take your lessons with you.
- Give thanks for all you are and everything you already have. When things are dark, this can be especially powerful. Make a list of 10 things you are grateful for in this very moment
